Pushing Up Violets

Wordless Wednesdays are here and this time I am sharing a fixture that decorates my neighbor's yard.  This little beetle has seen it's glory days and literally has been put out to pasture.  I guess it's pushing up violets instead of daisies...

Needless to say, I won't balk when my neighbor decides to part ways with his lawn ornament. 

However, I think it's a beautiful and intriguing scene.  This dilapidated relic reminds me that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and you never know where God will plant a seed...
