My sons always joke that I can do anything, even turn sour milk into something delicious. This week I will be featuring some recipes that use expired or soured milk. I have a slew of ideas.
My first plan of action is to try and use the milk while it is still drinkable.
Do you have any strategies for using up milk about to expire? I do, but that will be my next post. I have some baking to do!
